I’ve noticed within myself and those I’ve worked with, that there can sometimes be an immense pressure to get “it right”. That following our hearts, our dreams, our desires – comes with a heavy weight of needing to fulfill whatever “it” is, just perfectly. Even purpose can become pressure. So we get scared, we become paralyzed by the fear, overwhelm, anxiety, that accompanies this pressure, fear, or judgment. It is a continual coming back to our own acceptance of who we are right now, right here. And perhaps it is in accepting ourselves that we can allow ourselves to play enough, to actually not only fulfill our dreams, but embody them.
