I’m aware that some people are falling on hard times. For the winter season, (October-March), I will be offering sessions at a discounted rate of £80 for those financially struggling.


Single Sessions
Individuals: £110 | 60 mins / (£80 low income or unemployed)

Rolling Subscriptionmonthly
1 session per month, 1 email check-in per week, 1 group zoom call per month£150
This is a rolling, monthly, subscription that you can cancel anytime upon request.

With all packages and subscriptions, I will offer you something to work on in between sessions, such as exercises, inquiry and/or visualizations. Sessions, including packages, can be done via zoom or phone. I’m not currently offering in-person sessions.

Payment

For new clients, the first session payment must be made in advance prior to meeting. All future payments can be arranged after our initial meeting. Sessions are payable by electronic bank transfer or paypal.  The full fee will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. All packages are payable upfront without refund.

How long does it take?

The process is different for each individual so the length of time varies. On average, clients work with me for 3-6 months more intensely, followed by monthly check-ins. I see the most change working with clients that can commit to once per week for the first 2-3 months. From there, some clients may come once or twice per month, while others will continue weekly. It really depends on the individual and where they are at in their process.

Collaboration

Coaching is a collaborative experience so the more willing you are to be engaged in the process the deeper and quicker we can move through and forward! But please remember that everything has its own time so it is important to honour what feels best for you. My role is to guide you so you know how to take care of yourself and feel empowered by being who you truly are.

Why I do one initial session and then offer packages

Over the years that I’ve worked as a Coach and Mentor, I have seen the most change in those that commit to working consistently for at least 4 sessions a month for a couple months. When we see something we choose to work through we get excited and want to be “fixed” immediately. I cannot “fix” you in one session but I can guide you into feeling a significant shift within the first session as much as you are willing to surrender into the process and your truth. I put “fix” in quotations because I am not here to fix you because I believe there is nothing wrong with you. The process is one of healing the parts of us that are wounded, limited and scared so we can expand into our fullest potential. I’m here to reflect back to you your true Self and be your guide along the way.

Commitment

Like any sport or art,  it takes time, practice and consistency to retrain and rebuild a new sense of Self. It doesn’t have to take years but it does require the willingness to show up, look at ourselves and embody the person we know ourselves to truly be.

I have chosen to commit to my clients by asking them to commit to me, or rather the process and journey. You will get far more out of it (and potentially speed up the process) by building momentum and showing yourself that you are committed to supporting yourself to grow, heal and evolve.

I care about each of my clients and feel that building rapport between each other goes a long way in the process of healing, shifting old patterns and transforming old beliefs. You are unraveling potentially decades of patterning. That process deserves time and gentleness. With that said, we are incredible alchemists that can undergo huge transformation with speed, if we’re willing to fully commit to our growth.
